Refund & Return Policy – Signal Node

At Signal Node, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Include original packaging and accessories
  • Not be marked as final sale or non-returnable

Customers must contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Digital products or downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Customers may be responsible for return shipping fees and 25% restocking fees unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Signal Node is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks or fraudulent refund claims with supporting evidence, including shipment tracking and delivery confirmation.
